
Hello! My name is Alexandra. I’m a busy business owner, wife and mom of 3 girls and I have built my curves naturally through strength training exclusively from my own home.
After my last pregnancy, I struggled with being overweight, low confidence, and later becoming skinny in all the wrong places. I felt depressed, insecure, and disconnected from the woman I wanted to be.
In 2016, I began strength training at home. Little by little, I learned how to train with intention, build my glutes and curves naturally, and fuel my body with foods that supported my goals.
That journey changed my life.
Over the years, I not only transformed my body—I rebuilt my confidence. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2020 and later became a Certified Glute Specialist so I could help other women create the same kind of transformation for themselves.
Today, I specialize in helping women build an hourglass shape naturally through at-home strength training, glute-focused workouts, and simple, delicious fitness-friendly recipes.
My goal is to make fitness feel realistic, empowering, and affordable—because every woman deserves to feel beautiful, strong, and confident in the body she’s building.
